Day 1 Nairobi

Day 4 Masai Mara/Lake Nakuru National Park

Wir brechen in Richtung Nakuru auf. Unterwegs machen wir zum Mittagessen Halt im von G Adventures unterstützten Café Ubuntu. Erlebe eine Safari im Lake-Nakuru-Nationalpark (im Lando) und halte Ausschau nach dem einheimischen Büffeln, Impalas und dem seltenen Leopard

Day 5 Lake Nakuru National Park/Eldoret

Erlebe im Lando eine weitere Safarifahrt, bevor wir uns auf den Weg nach Eldoret machen

Day 6 Eldoret/Kampala

Wir überqueren die Grenze nach Uganda und campen am Rand der Hauptstadt

Day 7 Kampala/Lake Bunyonyi

Mach es dir bequem, während wir den Äquator überqueren in Richtung Bunyonyi-See

Day 8 Gorilla-Trekking

Genieße eine geführte Wanderung im Bwindi Impenetrable National Park auf den Spuren der Gorillas

Auf dem Weg nach Jinja, Ugandas Abenteuerhauptstadt, fahren wir wieder zurück über den Äquator

Day 13 Jinja

Erkunde Jinja, das für seine Outdoor- und Abenteueraktivitäten bekannt ist. Optional kannst du ein Raftingabenteuer auf dem Weißen Nil erleben, mit dem Mountainbike die Hügel hinauf- und hinunterfahren oder den lokalen Markt besuchen

Day 14 Jinja/Eldoret

Du fährst nach Eldoret in Kenia, wo du übernachtest

Day 15 Lake Nakuru Nationalpark/Nairobi

Lehn dich zurück und genieße die Fahrt durch die Landschaft Kenias nach Nairobi

Day 16 Nairobi/Arusha

Reise in den Süden und überquere die Grenze nach Tansania

Day 17 Arusha/Serengeti National Park

Begib dich auf eine Tierbeobachtungsfahrt auf dem Weg aus der Serengeti. Am Kraterrand des Ngorongogo schlagen wir unser Camp auf

Day 19 Ngorongoro/Arusha

Adventure down to the crater floor for a final safari experience in an area surrounded by the high walls. Exit the crater in the late morning and drive in the 4x4 safari vehicles back to Arusha. Stop along the way at Mto wa Mbu for a cultural walk and experience daily life in this rural town. Then, sit down for a traditional lunch with members from the local community

Day 20 Arusha/Dar es Salaam

Depart from Arusha early in your private vehicle towards Dar es Salaam. Enjoy the Tanzanian countryside passing by and be on the lookout for the blue waters of the Indian Ocean in the distance. The group will spend the night in this port town before transferring to the island beaches of Zanzibar

Day 21 Dar es Salaam/Stone Town

Fahrt mit der Fähre nach Sansibar. Unternimm einen Orientierungs-Spaziergang mit deinem CEO im historischen Stone Town und mache optional einen längeren Rundgang. Optional kannst du auch auf eigene Faust auf Erkundungstour gehen

Day 22 Strandtag auf Sansibar

Transfer zu den weißen Sandstränden und türkisfarbenen Gewässern der schönen Küste Sansibars

Day 23 Strandtag auf Sansibar

Zeit zur freien Verfügung zum Entspannen am Strand, Schnorcheln und um die Insel zu erkunden

Morgendlicher Transfer mit der Gruppe. Die Abreise aus Stone Town erfolgt nach der Ankunft am späten Vormittag

The Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater portion of the trip will make use of specialized 4x4 7-seater safari vehicles, with experienced safari driver/guides, who will ensure wonderful wildlife encounters. The safari vehicles each have sliding windows and a large pop-up roof, perfect for viewing animals and scenery. The group will split up among several vehicles and your CEO will spend time in each vehicle over the next three days

Day 18 Serengeti National Park/Ngorongoro

Please note: if you have pre-booked the Serengeti Balloon Safari, today's the day for this activity! The CEO will give the final confirmation, as it is subject to change. You will miss the included morning wildlife safari drive with the group, but you will have a much better view from above! If you have not yet pre-booked, add it to your checkout page, or ask your GCO or travel agent for assistance.

Due to the high-altitude location of our camp, temperatures can drop at night. We recommend bringing extra layers to wear during the evening and following morning

Day 19 Ngorongoro/Arusha

Day 20 Arusha/Dar es Salaam

Day 21 Dar es Salaam/Stone Town

Zanzibar is a Muslim society. Immodestly dressed women or men in shorts will get harassed and cause great offence in Stone Town. On the beach, customs are a little more relaxed, but travellers are encouraged to be respectful of the island's culture and cover up when walking around. Never try to take a photograph without asking permission
